365: #11 Italian Sub Stoup with Garlic Toast Floaters
Wow. I was leery of this one. I didn't think it would taste like the sub, but it totally did. We both liked it; and it was completely different from anything I usually make. Instead of toasting bread, I tossed croƻtons with EVOO and Parmesan cheese. Was yummier the next day for lunch as well.
