365: #12 Spiced Lamb Chops with Pepper and Onion Rice

Recipe called for couscous, but DH does not like the consistancy. Works well with Rice. I would say measure the spices in this and maybe even step them up. (Don't tell RR). We found ours bland, but I am trying to learn the non-measuring method. The flavors work well together. Next time, I'll make them stronger. I also used pork chops, which makes it much more affordable.
