365: #3 Lamb or Beef Goulash

I think I actually had to use ground turkey for this. Somehow a few recipes got mixed up. My DH thought it was spaghetti. I'm not sure why; there are no tomatoes, which also makes it unlike any goulash I've had. What does my family know anyway; we're Scottish. Good, though, much like a Hamburger Helper, though classier.
