Get Real: Chicken Greek a Tikka Salad
I botched this one all up. I substitued cream for yogurt (it's what I had). Left out the olives and used bottled dressing. It turned out great, but it didn't stay too true to the recipe. I had more for lunch today. Great with the chicken either hot or cold. Also, I didn't skewer the chicken, just cut it into pieces, coated and fried.
