365: #20 Black Bean Stoup and Southwestern Monte Cristos

I really liked this. It is a great, no meat meal. DH thought it was just ok, but he'll be eating it again, because I liked it! I froze the leftovers and ate some the following week. It was even better. Sandwiches were interesting, in the egg, but good. A keeper
