365: #40 Green Curry Chicken w/Rice

I didn't like curry the last time I had it, so I was timid. This was great. I had seconds, and ate the leftovers the very next day. DH hated it; he had leftover bread stoup. Oh well. More for me. I added quite a bit of good quality hot sauce, so it was no longer green, but yum yum yummo!
